Return & Refund Policies
Gifty Platform Limited follows a policy for each of the loyalty points, gift cards & offer points delivered to end customers. If you need to return or cancel your loyalty points, digital gift card purchase, or your offer or discount cards/codes, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase or receiving the loyalty/offer points or gift cards. If the offer card/gift card/point has not been redeemed, we may be able to cancel the purchase/redemption and issue a refund. But canceling will not ensure that the offer/points/gift card amount can be returned.
Please be advised that not all offers, gift cards, or points are available for cancellation as it is solely dependent on the merchants and corporates who offer these solutions. You may incur a platform charge and other processing fees for such reimbursement. Additionally, for gift cards, 10% of the total payment will be cut for all cancellations as a process/platform fee.
After getting the request from you, we will see if this specific offer card, gift card, and loyalty points are possible to refund or not. We will contact the specific merchant and/or corporates. If they allow, then we will reimburse you within 7 working days from the day we receive the confirmation from merchants and/or corporates regarding the refund.
If you want to cancel the offer card, gift card, or reward points, you must have a valid reason for this and you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement:

রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড নীতি
Gifty Platform Limited প্রতিটি লয়্যালটি পয়েন্ট, গিফট কার্ড এবং অফার পয়েন্টের জন্য একটি রিফান্ড নীতি অনুসরণ করে। আপনি যদি আপনার লয়্যালটি পয়েন্ট, ডিজিটাল গিফট কার্ড ক্রয়, অথবা আপনার অফার বা ডিসকাউন্ট কার্ ফেরত বা বাতিল করতে চান, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে ক্রয় করার বা লয়্যালটি/অফার পয়েন্ট বা গিফট কার্ড পাওয়ার 48 ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন৷
যদি অফার কার্ড/গিফট কার্ড/পয়েন্ট রিডিম না করা হয়, তাহলে আমরা ক্রয়/রিডিমশন বাতিল করতে এবং একটি রিফান্ড ইস্যু করতে পারবো। কিন্তু সকল ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার বাতিল করা নিশ্চিত করবে না যে অফার/পয়েন্ট/গিফট কার্ডের সমপরিমাণ ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে।
অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন যে, সকল অফার, উপহার কার্ড বা পয়েন্ট বাতিল করার জন্য প্রযোজ্য নয় কারণ এটি শুধুমাত্র ব্যবসায়ী এবং কর্পোরেটদের উপর নির্ভর করে যারা এই পয়েন্ট বা কার্ড গুলো অফার করে। এই ধরনের রিফান্ডের জন্য আপনাকে একটি প্ল্যাটফর্ম চার্জ এবং অন্যান্য প্রসেসিং ফি দিতে হতে পারে। উপরন্তু, উপহার কার্ডের জন্য, প্রক্রিয়া/প্ল্যাটফর্ম ফি হিসাবে সমস্ত রিফান্ডের জন্য মোট রিফান্ডের ১০% কাটা হবে।
আপনার কাছ থেকে রিফান্ডের অনুরোধ পাওয়ার পরে, আমরা যাচাই করবো এই নির্দিষ্ট অফার কার্ড, উপহার কার্ড, এবং লয়ালটি পয়েন্টগুলি ফেরত দেওয়া সম্ভব কিনা। আমরা নির্দিষ্ট মার্চেন্ট অথবা কর্পোরেটদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করব। যদি তারা অনুমতি দেয়, তাহলে যেদিন থেকে আমরা ব্যবসায়ী অথবা কর্পোরেটদের কাছ থেকে ফেরতের বিষয়ে কনফার্মেশন পাব সেই দিন থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে আমরা আপনাকে রিফান্ড দেব।
আপনি যদি অফার কার্ড, গিফট কার্ড বা রিওয়ার্ড পয়েন্ট বাতিল করতে চান, তাহলে আপনার অবশ্যই এর জন্য একটি বৈধ কারণ থাকতে হবে এবং আপনাকে অবশ্যই একটি স্পষ্ট বিবৃতির মাধ্যমে আপনার সিদ্ধান্ত সম্পর্কে আমাদের জানাতে হবে।
